Equity Structure

10% reserved.
Earned over time.

Equity is not granted by default — it is unlocked by contribution. The Founder Reserve Pool is set aside to avoid diluting existing shareholders.

Governance is built on clear ownership — Operational decisions are owned by individual builders. Strategic decisions affecting ownership or fundraising are made collectively by the Founding Circle and Board.
