Welcome to YallaBizz. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YallaBizz platform, website, community, services, applications, communication channels, and related offerings (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using YallaBizz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

YallaBizz is a venture-building and founder collaboration ecosystem designed to help entrepreneurs, builders, startups, contributors, and investors connect, collaborate, validate ideas, and build ventures.
YallaBizz may provide:
Founder and contributor matching
Community access
Venture-building tools
Educational resources
AI-powered recommendations and insights
Networking opportunities
Events, workshops, and talks
Startup support services
Venture signals and collaboration insights
YallaBizz does not guarantee and expressly disclaims any representation or warranty regarding investment, funding, business success, employment opportunities, revenue generation, profitability, or any specific venture outcomes. Any outcomes resulting from use of the Platform are uncertain and depend entirely on user actions, third-party decisions, and external factors beyond our control.
2. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using YallaBizz, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms for your records.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Platform. You must not misuse the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity, or transmitting malicious code.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
Comply with applicable laws
Provide accurate information
If acting on behalf of an entity, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
3. User Accounts

4. Community Standards and Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform unlawfully
Misrepresent identity or information

We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
You grant YallaBizz a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and use your content to operate and improve the Platform.
You confirm:
You own or have rights to your content
Your content does not violate laws or rights
We may remove content at any time if necessary.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content (excluding User Content) including branding, software, designs, AI systems, and features belongs to YallaBizz or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy
Modify
Reverse engineer
Sell
Distribute
without written permission.
7. AI Features and Recommendations
YallaBizz uses AI systems to:
Match users
Suggest collaborations
Generate venture insights
Improve platform experience
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
You agree that AI-generated outputs are informational only and must not be relied upon as financial, legal, investment, or business advice.
8. Founder Matches and Collaborations
YallaBizz acts strictly as a facilitator platform.
We do not:
Guarantee compatibility between users
Verify user backgrounds or intentions
Endorse any user or opportunity
Take responsibility for agreements between users
Users are solely responsible for due diligence before entering any collaboration or agreement.
9. Investor and Funding Disclaimer
YallaBizz does not:
Act as a broker or financial intermediary
Provide investment advice
Guarantee fundraising success
Endorse investment opportunities
All investment interactions occur solely between users and third parties.
Users must seek independent legal and financial advice at all time.
10. Events and Community Participation
We may host events, workshops, founder talks, and community sessions. Founder Talks are public presentations where selected founders, builders, and contributors may share their products, experiences, insights, and expertise. These presentations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. YallaBizz does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any statements made by speakers, and participation does not constitute investment, legal, financial, or professional advice.
By participating, you agree:
Participation is voluntary
You are responsible for your conduct
We may capture media for promotional use
Attendance may be refused at our discretion
By signing up, or engaging with YallaBizz (including joining community channels or submitting your details), you agree to receive service-related communications and occasional updates, including platform updates, opportunities, and content.
By participating as a speaker in Founder Talks or community sessions, you agree that YallaBizz may record and feature you and presentation content for use across its platform, community channels, and educational or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed.
11. Third-Party Services (Including Telegram)
The Platform integrates with or may operate through third-party services, including but not limited to Telegram, analytics tools, and AI systems.
We may operate or facilitate community groups through third-party platforms such as Telegram.
By participating in these communities, you acknowledge:
Participation is voluntary
Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
YallaBizz is not responsible for their operation, security, data handling, or availability
We are not liable for user interactions occurring on those platforms
12. Cancellation and Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Fraud or abuse is detected
Legal or security risks arise
Termination may occur without prior notice.
13. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties including:
Merchantability
Fitness for purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
We do not guarantee:
Platform uptime
Error-free operation
Business success
Investor access
Revenue generation
Collaboration success
Users acknowledge that all matches, venture signals, recommendations, and AI-generated insights are informational only and must not be relied upon for financial, legal, investment, or business decisions.
14. Rules About Linking
You may link to the YallaBizz homepage, provided you do so in a fair, legal, and non-deceptive manner that does not damage YallaBizz’s reputation or imply any form of association, approval, or endorsement where none exists.
You must not establish a link in any website that you do not own or control. The Platform must not be framed or embedded on any other website, nor may you create links to internal or restricted parts of the Platform other than the homepage. YallaBizz reserves the right to withdraw linking permission at any time without notice.
Any website linking to YallaBizz must not contain content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or breaches our Community Standards or Code of Conduct. For any use of content beyond standard linking, you must contact YallaBizz for written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YallaBizz, including its founders, affiliates, employees, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:
loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
business interruption;
loss of data, goodwill, or reputation;
investment or financial losses;
disputes between users;
platform downtime or service interruptions.
YallaBizz is a facilitation platform only and is not responsible for agreements, collaborations, or interactions between users, nor for the outcomes of such interactions.
The Platform, including matching features, venture signals, AI-generated recommendations, and community tools, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. No guarantees are made regarding funding, business success, or any specific outcome.
Unless otherwise stated in a paid service agreement, the Platform is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform. No ownership rights are transferred.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YallaBizz from any claims arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of laws or third-party rights
17. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to Terms and Platform
YallaBizz may update or modify the Platform and these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in features, user needs, legal requirements, or business priorities. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We do not guarantee that the Platform, or any content or features within it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, modify, or restrict access to all or part of the Platform at any time for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

YallaBizz does not guarantee confidentiality of any information shared on or through the Platform, including profiles, messages, posts, or collaboration discussions.
Users are responsible for the information they choose to share and should avoid disclosing sensitive or proprietary information unless they are comfortable doing so publicly or within the community.
YallaBizz may process and use user-provided information to operate, improve, and enhance the Platform, including for matching, analytics, and AI-powered features, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
