Manipulate matching systems or engagement metrics
Use automated tools to scrape or extract user data
Interfere with platform functionality or security
4. Collaboration Standards
YallaBizz encourages collaboration based on trust and transparency. Users should:
Clearly define expectations in collaborations
Respect agreed commitments and timelines
Communicate changes or conflicts early
Avoid exploitative or misleading partnership practices
5. Prohibited Content
Users must not post or share content that is:
Illegal or promotes illegal activity
Harmful, threatening, or abusive
Fraudulent or deceptive
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Containing malware or malicious code
6. Prohibited Solicitation
YallaBizz is designed for structured venture building, collaboration, and meaningful founder engagement — not unsolicited promotion or commercial spam.
Users must not:
Send unsolicited pitches or spam users with marketing messages
Recruit users for external platforms or networks without approval
Scrape user data for external sales or marketing purposes
Users must not:
Redirect others to external Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, or similar communities
Use YallaBizz as a funnel for external lead generation or sales pipelines
Approved partnerships or integrations can be discussed and may be exempt at YallaBizz’s discretion.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy exists to protect the integrity of the YallaBizz ecosystem and ensure that all interactions remain focused on collaboration, trust, and venture creation. We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
